Right from the beginning I felt real mening of the name- “Elevated Awareness in Human Spirit” Throughout my studies, I felt the change gently taking place within me. I was filled with inner strength that made me calm, patient and full with love. It was not surprising that the inner change also radiated on the outside, and the change in the external appearance was clear after I’ve lost weight. I was walking with joy in my heart and sparkle in my eyes. When people asked me what’s the reason for the change, I Sayed: Love. Love for myself. Connection to my inner self and the transformation of the soul. All these strengthened me and filled me with confidence and inner strength.
